The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, May 13th and runs through Sunday, May 19th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 7.0 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. - From the Bout of Books team

Thoughts: The twitter party was so much fun and I'm glad I managed to attend. I'm loving my reread of Mara Dyer because I forgot so much (I read it about a year ago). It's funny how much stuff we forget. I can't wait to read book two though.

Thoughts: I'm so glad I reread the first book because there was so much I forgot. Plus Noah is just so hot it was worth experiencing him for the second time. This is one of my all time favorite books ever. I didn't realize how big book two is so I hope it doesn't take too long to get through.
WEDNESDAY
What I've read today: The Evolution of Mara Dyer
Total number of books I’ve read so far: 1
On pg _ of _: 500 of 527 (TEOMD)
Participated in: Cover Challenge (scroll down!)
Reviews: The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer
Thoughts: I love this series so incredibly much. Definitely makes my top 5 books of all time! I can't wait to write this review because I'm going to fangirl hardcore. I think I'm going to push it on my friends from college that read some YA, but are always asking me for recs. Ah so good!
THURSDAY
What I've read today: The Evolution of Mara Dyer & Shatter Me (Reread)
Total number of books I’ve read so far: 2
On pg _ of _: 63 of 338 (SM)

FRIDAY
What I've read today: Shatter Me (Reread), Destroy Me, & Unravel Me
Total number of books I’ve read so far: 3 1/2
On pg _ of _: 5 of 461 (UM)

Thoughts: I took a break to make my Stacking The Shelves vlog so I didn't get as much reading done as I thought I would today. But I did manage to finish my reread of Shatter Me. I also read the novella Destroy Me and liked it. While I sympathize with Warner now, I still am Team Adam 100%. I do see how Warner thinks he's helping Juliette though. He's not as bad as he seems. What team are you on?
SATURDAY
What I've read today: Unravel Me
Total number of books I’ve read so far: 3 1/2
On pg _ of _: 29 of 461 (UM)
Participated in: Book Spine Poem Challenge (scroll down!) & Twitter Chat
Reviews: x
Thoughts: Spent most of today sick so I wasn't able to read a whole lot. But there's still one day left and I plan on reading all day tomorrow!
SUNDAY
What I've read today: Unravel Me & Breaking Point
Total number of books I’ve read so far: 4 1/2
On pg _ of _: 2 of Breaking Point
Participated in: X
Reviews: x
Thoughts: SOOOO many feels! I literally closed Unravel Me and just got lost in my thoughts for a few minutes then texted my cousin to gush over that book. AH! I'll be writing the review for that one soon. I think I'm still Team Adam, but I'm really not sure. Which has never happened to me before. I usually pick a team and stick to it!
Challenges:
1. Create A Cover: pick any cover and recreate it!
Hosted by: I Talk Books
I chose The Rules For Disappearing! I love the original cover of the girl running away. I found a picture from when I was in Europe and after walking for hours we finally found the Mediterranean Sea and she was so excited she started running. But it instantly reminded me of this book so I thought it would make a good cover. Then I had too much fun picking out fonts and making them fun. What do you guys think?
