I took a mini hiatus from blogging, but I'm back!  I've been posting videos on my BookTube channel regularly though because videos are actually quicker for me to do lately and if I'm being honest they're more fun.  Here's my latest haul (from ALA)!

I did a video haul for the last three months.  I got soooo many books, but they're all really good!
I'm thinking I might pick 3 days a week to always post on.  I seem to have gotten lazy with my blog and started focusing more on YouTube channel, but I want to make sure I still post stuff here.  I will be hosting a challenge for the Bout of Books Readathon coming up in January so I'm very excited about that!

Yesterday I went to a signing for my favorite author of all time.  You guys, I fangirled so hard it was a tad ridiculous.  But it was only my second signing ever and it was Jennifer freaking Armentrout.  So what was a girl to do?
I bought and got Frigid signed.

I also bought Sentinel and Jen drew a fun picture on the inside and signed it.  I'll be giving that away soon to one lucky follower.

And then Spencer Hill Press gave me Stalked By Death and Whisper Falls for bringing a friend and asking a question.  So thank you!  That publishing company is always so nice and awesome.  You guys should check them out.

I'll be doing a post about the whole experience with the signing/release party soon.  And there will be giveaways involved in that post so keep an eye out for that.

Harley found out on Facebook that I was cheating on him with my sister's new dog MoJo.  I can have two best friends!  When my brother sent me this picture I laughed for a good ten minutes straight.  He's like How could you!?  

This week was pretty good.  I've been starting to look for a job since my health is back to normal finally.  If anyone knows of someone hiring for a social media/online marketing job in the North East area let me know!  Other than the job hunt I'm just enjoying life.  Yesterday I went to my big's bachelorette party which was a ton of fun.  And surprisingly I've been getting a lot of reading done.  Already read 4 books this month!

    I'm finally feeling like myself again and eating food...real food!  I'll never take eating for granted again that's for sure.  I'll be posting more regularly again starting this upcoming week so get excited!  I'm baaaaaaack.

    So this week I had plenty of time to read which was perfect because it was the #BookTubeAThon!  I participated using the BookBFF YouTube channel.  If you haven't heard of it this it's a readathon for BookTubers where you try to read 300 pages a day and complete mini challenges like finish a series or read a book that's been on your shelf forever.  It's been so much fun and I've almost completed all the challenges.  I did a few of the reading sprints on twitter where everyone turns off all their electronics and just reads for an allotted amount of time and then we sumarized what we read in 5 words and stuff.  My summary while reading Gone by Michael Grant was:

I'll admit it.  I failed miserably at the Wildfire Readathon!  I happened to take naps during the twitter chats and I just got so busy with other things I hardly read.  I didn't even do any reviews this week you guys.  #MajorFail  But I am very proud of my dating game post so you should check that out because I worked really hard on it!

Beautiful Stranger (Thank You Gallery Books for the audiobook)

The Book Depository sent me the copy of How My Summer WUIF instead of my giveaway winner and then they refused to help me.  So I ordered it again.  The address got messed up again, but I caught it in time so they canceled it.  And I ordered it again.  If this freaking book doesn't ship right I'm going to either cry or scream.  Has anyone else had problems with TBD?

Vlog: Review&Recipe (Unravel Me & Coconut Cookies) & Kickass Heroines (Then and Now)

This week I stopped and smelled the roses, literally.  I went to the park and saw some beautiful flowers and then read in the gorgeous weather under shade.  It was the perfect day!  I also spent this week in doctors' offices, but that's nothing new these days.  I made a book jar which will help me pick my next reads since I WANT TO READ THEM ALL!!!  
  

This upcoming week I'm participating in The Wicked Wildfire Readathon.  It's going on until the 14th so come join in the fun!
