I had been dying to read this because I thought it was about southern belles...well it's about the south, but not really. I still really liked the book and plan on putting up my review Monday.

See that pretty red and white sticker at the bottom of the book? That's there because it was marked down to $7 at B&N. Seven bucks for a hard cover copy of The Host?! I had heard from people it's pretty good and it's being made into a movie so I figured what the heck.

Where I belong{Goodreads/Amazon}

I usually don't buy books without good feedback from bloggers or goodreads, but it looks so cute I decided to take the risk. The summary kind of reminds me of The Hannah Montana Movie (please don't judge me for seeing that movie =) my roommate in college loved Miley and got me to watch it.) Have you read it?

So last week I kinda sucked and didn't do much posting. I did have an excuse though. I was in pain all week. My stomach's been all weird for the past year and I thought it was just from acidic foods (or a job searching induced ulcer), but recently I've been trying to cut out grains to see if that's what's bothering me. It's technically the Paleo diet my brother's on. Let me tell you. There's not much left to eat when you cut out everything but meat, veggies, fruit, and some diary. It's been a rough week trying to figure out new meals lol. But my stomach's been better so hopefully this week I'll get through all these posts!
